Two providers reported observing the provider named in the referral engage with anger and aggression in verbal interactions with children. One provider reported observing the provider slap children on the back. One provider reported observing the provider grab and pull a toddler's arm. One provider reported that a parent reported observing a child's arm pulled by the provider.
